1. After our estimate, we'll email you a short follow-up form to confirm your package's exact size, weight and photos before we collect it.

2. Your package is only measured upon collection, should we believe it exceeds our stated volumetric weight and dimension. For multiple items packed together, the combined weight and size should stay within the inclusive allowance of 20kg or 0.116m³ (80cm × 58cm × 25cm) — anything over this is charged at £1.00 per kilo.

This is volumetric pricing — large, lightweight packages are charged by size as well as weight (Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ 5000 = volumetric weight). For example, an 82 × 59 × 26cm package works out at around 25kg volumetric weight — 5kg over the inclusive allowance, £5.16 to the transport charge.
